By using AIKpopVideo (aikpopvideo.com), an AI K-pop video generator, you agree to these terms.

The service

AIKpopVideo generates short K-pop style videos from text prompts or photos you upload. New accounts receive free credits; additional credits are sold as one-time packs. Credits never expire.

Your content & acceptable use

• You must own or have rights to any photo you upload.
• Do not upload photos of other people without their consent, and do not create content that impersonates real people, including real K-pop idols.
• No illegal, sexual, hateful, harassing or misleading content. We may refuse generation and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
• AIKpopVideo is a fan-made creative tool and is not affiliated with any K-pop agency, label or artist.

Ownership

You own the videos you generate and may download and share them, including commercially, subject to these terms and third-party rights (for example, music you add yourself in an editor). You are responsible for how you use generated content.

Accounts

Keep your credentials private. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the service.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Generation depends on upstream AI providers; failed generations are refunded in credits automatically.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
