Refund Policy

Failed generations — automatic
If a video generation fails on our side or at our AI provider, the credits for that generation are refunded to your balance automatically within minutes. You never pay for a failed video.
Credit pack purchases
Credit packs are one-time digital purchases. Because credits are delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once any credits from the pack have been used.
If you have not used any credits from a pack, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@aikpopvideo.com with your order number. Approved refunds return to your original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days.
Accidental or duplicate charges
Duplicate charges and verified payment errors are always refunded in full, regardless of credit usage.
